Refund policy
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their That’s Me Ltd items. However, in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right.
Please note, it is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including spelling and character as this information will be used to personalise the item.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email to thatsmestories@gmail.com or through our Contact Me page. Providing the item has not already been sent for production we can make amendments.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on our personalised items unless there is fault of ours. If the item is faulty, we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge.
